Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to accommodate your request.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are committed to offering a smooth and transparent shopping experience. In the following situations, we will issue a 100% full refund at no additional cost to the customer:
The item is out of stock
The item in stock is found to be damaged
Delivery cannot be completed to the customer’s location
Sourcing or supplier issues
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
If a customer chooses to cancel the order without any issue from our side, the following return processing charges may apply, depending on the payment method used:
Cash on Delivery (COD): No charges – Full refund
Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX): 2.5% deduction from the total value
KOKO Payments: 3% deduction from the total value
Payzy Payments: 3% deduction from the total value
Please note: The 2.5% - 3% deduction is a non-refundable fee charged by the respective financial institutions or payment gateways. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover or refund this charge once a transaction is completed.
