How long will it take to get my package? |

Your order will be packed on the next business day and delivered within 1-4 working days. We also offer a fast next-day delivery service around Colombo. Additionally, you can choose the pickup option and collect your order from your nearest Seetha Holdings branch. Please contact us before placing your order to plan your delivery option. |

Return and Refund Policy
Returns Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Important Notes
- We will refund the original price paid for the goods minus a 5% transaction fee and applicable delivery charges. Refunds are processed within 7 days.
- For delivered orders requested for a refund, the product must first be returned to Transglobal.lk. After a thorough inspection by our staff for any damages, the refund will be processed as mentioned above. Delivery costs will not be refunded. If the product is found damaged while in the customer's custody, the refund request will be voided, and the customer must collect the goods from Seetha Holdings.
To complete your return, we require your order number and email address, or a receipt/proof of purchase if bought from our store.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@buyseetha.com and send your item to: No.288, Colombo Road, Pilimathalwa - Sri Lanka 20450
Shipping Our products are shipped within 3-7 days using couriers specified by Seetha Holdings. To return your product, if you are outside the Colombo area, please post your product to: No.288, Colombo Road, Pilimathalwa - Sri Lanka 20450. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item worth over Rs.10,000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
