KOKO Pay Guideline

  • ඔබ KOKO Pay භාවිතා කර ගෙවීම් සිදු කිරීමේදී, Checkout Option එක තුලින් KOKO Pay Select කර Place Order ක්ලික් කර ගෙවීම් තිරය වෙත යන්න.
  • එහිදී ඔබගේ ගිණුමට ලොග් වීමෙන් පසුව පහත පරිදී ඔබගේ දුරකථනයේ දිස්වේ.
  • When making a payment using KOKO Pay, select the KOKO Pay option at checkout and click “Place Order” to proceed to the payment screen.
  • After logging into your account, the following screen will appear on your mobile device.
  • එහිදී Pay Now Select වී ඇති අතර මෙම අවස්ථාවේදී ඔබ ගෙවීම සිදු කලහොත් සම්පූර්ණ මුදලම ඔබගේ ගිණුමෙන් අඩු වේ.
  • එම නිසා වාරික 3න් ගෙවීමට ඔබට අවශ්‍යනම් පහත රූපය පරිදී මෙහි Pay Later යන්න තෝරා ගෙවීම සිදු කල යුතුය. 

  • At this point, “Pay Now” is selected by default. If you proceed with the payment in this mode, the full amount will be deducted from your account.

  • Therefore, if you wish to pay in 3 installments, you must select the “Pay Later” option as shown in the image below before proceeding with the payment.

  • Pay Later Click කර ගෙවීම කලහොත් පමණක් ඔබට අදාල මුදල වාරික 3න් ගෙවීම කල හැක.

  • Only if you click “Pay Later” will you be able to make the payment in 3 installments.

  • යම් හෙයකින් වැරදීමකින් හෝ Pay Now Click කර ගෙවීම සිදු කලහොත්, නැවත වාරික වශයෙන් ගෙවීමට හෝ Refunds කිරීමට හැකියාවක් නොමැති බව සලකන්න.

  • Please note that if you mistakenly click “Pay Now” and complete the payment, you will not be able to switch to installment payments or request a refund.
