We do not offer in-house warranty repairs. However, we will fully assist you in coordinating with the relevant brand or authorized service center to ensure your warranty claim is handled smoothly.

  2. We Coordinate With the Brand
    Our team will liaise with the respective brand’s service team or authorized service center on your behalf.

    We will guide you on the next steps โ€” whether itโ€™s inspection, pickup, repair, replacement, or referral to a service point โ€” based on the brandโ€™s warranty policy.


Important Notes

  • Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions defined by the manufacturer or brand.

  • Physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or damage due to power fluctuations may void the warranty.

  • Some products may require registration on the brand website for warranty activation.

  • Service timelines are determined by the respective service center or brand.

Non-Warranty Repairs

For products that are no longer under warranty, we can still help you connect with an authorized service center for out-of-warranty repairs. Service charges and part replacement costs (if any) will be communicated by the respective service center.
