Refund & Cancellation Policy

Delivery cannot be completed to the customer’s location

Customer-Initiated Cancellations
If a customer chooses to cancel the order without any issue from our side, the following return processing charges may apply, depending on the payment method used:
Cash on Delivery (COD): No charges – Full refund
Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX): 2.5% deduction from the total value
KOKO Payments: 3% deduction from the total value
Payzy Payments: 3% deduction from the total value
Please note: The 2.5% - 3% deduction is a non-refundable fee charged by the respective financial institutions or payment gateways. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover or refund this charge once a transaction is completed.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
